We apply a systems approach to the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) of learning and programs based on a capability continuous improvement model. Our consultants have extensive experience in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across a broad range of disciplines. Typically, most TNA are about identifying the necessary skills and knowledge required to perform a job/role function. Although important, training solutions are usually only one method by which those skills and knowledge are acquired. A TNA will also seek to identify other mechanism (systems and processes) that will contribute to job performance and organisational effectiveness.
