Working with staff, managers, executives and professionals of all levels across industries with commercial, public sector, educational and not for profit organisations to develop leadership, resilience and engagement through the opportunity of conflict and facilitating change in the patterns of interaction between people.

With over thirty years experience in organisational development in Australia and overseas as a professional leader, manager, coach/trainer, facilitator and mediator; core to Dave’s success are the highly practical skills of Clear Leadership.
