Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Conflict Coaching
Mediation, facilitated discussions & organisational learning conversations are an informal process for supporting people in conflict to identify choice and resolve issues for themselves. Team HR closely supports any conflict facilitation and mediation with professional coaching to enhance self- awareness and choices when addressing strong emotions in oneself and others. We consider individual coaching support for all parties prior to any joint facilitated or mediated session essential to achieving the best outcomes in resolving a workplace dispute; and in maximising the probability of improved future professional working relationships. We have also found third party intervention in a workplace conflict can be a useful professional development opportunity for all people involved.
All our Mediators are Nationally Accredited and professional members of the Resolution Institute, the largest dispute resolution membership organisation across Australia and New Zealand.
Respond to Conflict Training
Face to face and virtual.
Team HR delivers one and two day ‘Respond to Conflict’ practical skills- based workshops. These well evaluated workshops delivered by experienced, nationally accredited mediators and conflict coaches teach the skills and promote the confidence to respond to interpersonal and organisational conflict in the workplace:

Working with leaders at all organisational levels, our leadership and resilience development is based on the well-researched and evaluated Clear Leadership program developed by Dr Gervase Bushe.
