DAY 1

- Increase self-awareness in conflict and enhance personal skills to regulate one’s own anxiety.
- Influence others by modelling a non- anxious response.
- Promote a productive workplace that encourages respectful relationships.
- Identify the opportunities conflict present.
DAY 2
- Apply tools to coach others in responding to conflict
- Apply a range of conflict intervention processes and promote choice between parties.
- Develop individual skill in maximising and modelling partnership, collaboration and clarity in the workplace.
- Workplace and organisational mediation… early intervention.
